I had to exchange a pair of shoes, the whole process was SO easy. No back-and-forth, no stress, and my refund showed up quickly too. Really appreciated how smooth it was.

The staff was friendly, and I don’t want to make it sound like it was a bad experience or anything, because it really wasn’t. I just felt like checkout took longer than it should have, especially since that’s usually the quick part. Overall it was okay, just nothing I’d go out of my way to rave about

"Cute style, but the sizing threw me off a bit"
I ordered a pair from Tootsies the style was really cute in person. The fit, though... kind of not what I was expecting. I went with my usual size, but they felt a little tight around the toes.
They weren’t uncomfortable enough for me to send back, so I’m keeping them. But yeah, I’d probably size up next time. Shipping was totally fine, I just wish the sizing info had been a little clearer.

"Shipping was sooo much faster than I thought!!!"
I ordered from tootsies.com and honestly... my stuff showed up way quicker than I expected!! I was fully prepared to wait a bit longer, but it got here in just a few days??? Super easy experience, and honestly, 5 stars for the shipping alone!!!

"Really disappointed after just getting these"
I just bought these shoes and expected a lot better for the price. They started falling apart within a few days, so that’s the main thing stuck in my mind right now. Maybe I got a bad pair, but based on this recent experience, I wouldn’t buy them again

I picked up a pair during a sale, and overall I felt like the price made sense for the quality. Shipping was reasonable too, which I appreciated. That said, it’s definitely not the cheapest place to shop, so I had a little hesitation. But the item feels well made, and I’d probably buy from them again if I caught another good deal

"Not really what they made it sound like"
I was expecting a lot more based on how it was described, but once I actually looked around, the selection felt thin. It kind of seemed like they promised way more variety than they actually had, so I left disappointed.

"Great customer service, just bad timing on my end"
I had a small issue with my order, which felt like it was mostly down to bad timing, so I emailed Tootsies not really expecting much. They got back to me quickly and handled it without making it a whole ordeal. Everyone was really nice and easy to deal with, and it definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again.
